At The Decking Store, we pride ourselves on delivering your order as quickly as possible. As soon as you place an order, our team are working hard to prepare and organise your delivery to arrive with you at the earliest opportunity. Orders are delivered by our own delivery personnel or by 3rd party couriers, depending on the size and location of your order. Our delivery costs are calculated according to your location and cover all parts of the UK including offshore islands. Due to unprecedented demand, stock for forthcoming arrivals is selling fast. If you are interested (and we hope you are), we strongly recommend reserving with just a small deposit without delay. The balance is not payable until a convenient delivery date is agreed (usually 3-5 days before arrival).

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already placed your order, the delivery date is still as advised at time of order. The above dates are the first available for NEW orders only.

General

We will contact you, at least one working day in advance, letting you know the scheduled delivery day and whether you have an AM or PM slot. Should the scheduled delivery not be convenient, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can re-arrange to a more convenient time to you.

Deliveries run from 7am to 9pm on allocated dates. The driver will contact you by telephone on the morning of delivery with the estimated delivery time and then confirm with a second telephone call nearer to arriving, enabling you to go about your day with ease.

Most deliveries take place by either a 3.5T or 7.5T vehicle. You must ensure there is adequate access for the delivery to take place, as we accept no responsibility for any deliveries which cannot take place due to access difficulties.

It is important that somebody is at the property to accept the delivery and to assist the driver with unloading. Delivery itself is only to the kerbside (unless previously agreed in writing). There must be adequate space for our vehicle to unload and for the decking to be placed in the chosen location. Please note, we accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to the decking after delivery is complete and a signature has been obtained.

Dedicated Day / Weekend Delivery

Subject to availability, we may be able to deliver on a dedicated day or at the weekend. Please note this is a premium service that may incur additional costs.

Sample Pack Orders

Sample packs are generally delivered by EVRi or Yodel. We aim to deliver your pack the next day, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. This is a FREE service which you can request by clicking here.

Delayed Deliveries

Very rarely, deliveries may have a slight delay, for example, if a delivery vehicle breaks down or becomes stuck in traffic. While some situations may be out of our control, we will do everything we can to make your delivery later that day. If this is not possible, your delivery will be organised for another day and you will be notified and kept updated throughout.
