These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.

Delivery

Upon checkout, you are accepting our terms and conditions for the delivery of your purchase. We will do our best to take your requirements into account. However, we will determine the final delivery date. Our drivers do need help unloading your purchase. Please make sure somebody is available to unload on the day of delivery. Upon delivery, a signature will be required to confirm the delivery has taken place. Please check that you have received the correct quantity of materials before signing for your delivery. If the delivery is not signed for, a photograph will be taken to confirm the number of materials that have been left on your property. We are unable to cover any stolen or damaged materials after delivery. This is why we recommend somebody is available to accept the delivery. The delivery date will be made clear 24-48 hours before the drop. Our drivers may also contact you on the day to confirm the time of delivery. On rare occasions, the delivery may be delayed from taking place on the original delivery date. Such circumstances may occur due to a reason such as a delivery vehicle breaking down. In this or a similar situation, we will do our utter best to get the delivery to you on the same day. However, if we are not successful, we will rearrange the delivery for another day and provide you with prompt notification.

Rejected delivery

If a delivery is rejected due to the customer’s change of mind, we may charge a 20% restocking fee due to the costs incurred.

Product variation

The wood grain and product colour may vary from the image shown on our website due to monitor colours, slight changes in batch colours or design updates. A shading difference of up to 30% may become evident in very rare and extreme cases due to environmental factors. We recommend ordering a sample pack before placing a purchase to view the products we have on offer.Terms and conditions effective from 2nd October 2019.
